Pinwheel Fish

 

You will need:

  • Loaf of gefilte fish and carrots, cooked
  • V  knife
  • 2 tasting spoons
  • horseradisn ,mayonnaise
  • Lemon slices, lettuce
Directions:
  1. Fill tasting spoons with chrein and mayonnaise-place on plate.
  2. Cut a thick slice of fish.
  3. Using the v knife, cut slice in half. Place carrots on top.
  4. Use the lettuce and lemon slices to garnish plate.
