Cheesy Potato Dish

  • 4 large potatoes-sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  ½ cup mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  1. Slice potatoes and place in oven to table dish or individual ramekins.
  2. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream,onion,salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over the potatoes .
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Add cheese and bake uncovered till the cheese is melted and crispy.
