Rosette Vegetable Pie

This bed of roses is no garden variety. With a few vibrant colors veggies, you can make any quiche into a Shavuos worthy centerpiece!

You will need:

 Any vegetable souffle or quiche that gets baked in a pie crust (unbaked)

Purple and orange carrot, peeled

Small size green and yellow zuchinni

Cooking spray

Salt

Directions:

Prepare the soufle…

Using a peeler, peel strips of all the vegetables.

Roll up all the strips and arrange them over the soufle….

Spray the veggies with cooking spray and sprinkle a little salt on top.

Bake according to pie crust package directions.
