These cupcakes remind me of an adorable story I once heard.

A mother of a large family was seen, by one of her older children giving a younger sibling a full ice pop. Upon seeing that, the older child said “Mommy, in my days we only got a half of a twin pop” to which the mother replied-“yes- in your days you had a full mother with half a twin pop, he has a half a mother with a full twin pop!!”

I made these cheese trifles in square acrylic boxes with lids made by Simcha Collection. BP Print Group made a 1.75” label which was a perfect fit for the top of the box. The chocolate cream cheese nestled between the chocolate cake make these trifles go from delicious to decadent!!
