Basic Vanilla Cake

Yields 9x13 Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup oil
  • 1/4 Cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well by hand or with an elecric mixer.
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
