Green Marinade

Our favorite pesto marinade for chicken, meat and fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen parsley (or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Lieber's Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Lieber's Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsp Lieber's Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a large container or bowl.
  • Blend with a hand blender till combined.
  • Add the chicken cutlets and coat well.
  • Grill chicken.
