Acai On The Go
As Acai bowls are super popular these days-treat your family and friends to an acai bowl on the go.
Acai (pronounced “ah-sigh-EE”) is popularly known as a “super” fruit because of nutritional value packed into this little purple berry.
An acai bowl is basically a really thick smoothie that's been topped with nuts, seeds, fruit, coconut, chocolate…
Any combination of berries can be used to make an Acai (or mock Acai bowl).
You Will Need:
- Olive oil box
- 4 or 5 -2” plastic round containers
- 1 plastic juice bottle
- ACAI DRINK
- Toppings (I used blueberries, pomegranate arils ,coconut, pumpkin seeds and walnuts)
- Acai Drink (The sky is the limit to what you can add into an acai drink.)
Acai Drink
Yields- 4 cups
3 cups frozen berries
2 bananas
Blend Well.
