3 Ingredient No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 3- 8 oz whipped cream cheese (or ricotta)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 packages Gefen instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 6 tbs sugar (this is not in the original recipe, we added it to the recipe)

Ganache

  • 16 oz Alprose Chocolate
  • 16 oz whip topping
  • 2/3 cup Karo Syrup

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cheesecake

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese and milk with a whisk or fork. Add pudding mix and stir continuously until thick.
  • Fill containers with the mixture.

Ganache

  • Chop the chocolate and put in a deep container.
  • Heat the whip together with the karo syrup over the stove or in the microwave till it reaches a boil. Do not overcook.
  • Pour the whip over the chopped chocolate and mix well. Use a hand blender to mix until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate over the cheesecake.
