Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine the yeast, warm water and 1 tsp of sugar. Allow to bubble.
Combine the yeast mixture with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Divide the dough in 3 parts.
Roll out each piece into a rectangle, add the filling mixture, roll and cut into pieces.
Place the buns on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes
