Lotus Pecan Cookies

lotus cookies (1.5 x 2”)

chopped pecans
1 1/4

coconut (sweetened)
2 1/4
sticks
margarine
1 1/4
cup
brown sugar
Instructions
Place the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Boil the margarine, brown sugar, coconut and pecans in a medium size pot.
Place some of the mixture on each cookie
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Drizzle with chocolate
