Pesach Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

eggs
separated
1.5
cup
oil
2/3 + 1/4
cup
sugar

Tbsp
coffee granules
dissolved in a drop of hot water

vanilla sugar

chopped walnuts
toasted
Instructions
Place egg yolks, oil ,2/3 cup sugar and coffee in bowl of your electric mixer.
Beat 15 minutes. Set Aside
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites till stiff.
Add in the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and vanilla sugar.
Fold the two mixtures together.
Place ice cream in one or two 9x13 pans (depending on how deep you want to fill the pans.
Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the ice cream. You can also add them when you serve the ice cream.
