Passover Coffee Ice Cream

Pesach Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs separated
  • 1.5 cup oil
  • 2/3 + 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp coffee granules dissolved in a drop of hot water
  • 6 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 8 ounces chopped walnuts toasted

Instructions
 

  • Place egg yolks, oil ,2/3 cup sugar and coffee in bowl of your electric mixer.
    Beat 15 minutes. Set Aside
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites till stiff.
    Add in the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Fold the two mixtures together.
  • Place ice cream in one or two 9×13 pans (depending on how deep you want to fill the pans.
  • Sprinkle the walnuts on top of the ice cream. You can also add them when you serve the ice cream.
