You will need:
- mini potatoes
- kielbasa or hotdogs cut into 1”pieces
- barbeque sauce
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Cook potatoes till soft.
- Thread potatoes and kielbasa onto skewers.
- Cut slits in the potatoes, using a sharp knife.
- Brush potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Brush kielbasa with barbeque sauce.
- Place skewers on the grill or in the broiler for 4-5 minutes.
