Ingredients

slightly salted almonds

cup
brown sugar

cup
honey
1
stick
margarine
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
baking soda
½
tsp
vanilla extract

semi sweet chocolate
Instructions
Place the brown sugar, honey, margarine and salt in a medium size pot over a small-medium flame and bring to a boil.
Let mixture boil exactly 5 minutes without stirring.
Add the vanilla and baking soda.
Mix well and add in the almonds.
Prepare 2 baking pans with heavy duty foil.
Using a metal spoon, drop small clusters on the heavy duty foil.
Freeze till firm.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or microwave.
Dip just the bottom or the entire cluster into the chocolate and refrigerate.
