Fruit platters are usually made from cut-up melons, pineapples, etc., on large platters. For this fruit platter, I used a variety of fruits not typically used on platters. We are amazed how many different colors and textures we were able to fit on a dinnr plate to create this striking presentation.
You will need:
- dinner plate
- assorted fruits (we used cactus pears, kiwi, blueberries, apricots, bananas, plums, pomegranate seeds, cherries, strawberries, and 1/2 lime)
Directions:
- Arrange apricot halves and lime in the center of your plate
- Slice remaining fruit and arrange all around the lime and apricot halves.
