Fruit is a really nice mishloach manos option.
I love this packaging idea because of the convenience of using the original box the mousse cups come in, without the added expense or runaround for a box. I removed the cardboard insert from the original box, filled the cups with chopped fruit, and then returned them to the box.
If you don’t want the bother of cutting the fuit last minute, you can use these mousse cups for any other mishloach manos idea — dips, herring, trifles, candy, nuts, smoothies, etc.
You will need:
- 1 package 3-ounce round mousse cups with lids
- Chopped fruit in various colors
- Leaf twine
- Label
Directons:
- Fill mousse cups with chopped fruit and arrange in the box.
- Tie with ribbon and affix label.
