Are you looking for a light, easy, refreshing, healthy and stunning dessert? If so, we have good news for you-you came to the right place!
As we always say, inspiration can come from anywhere. For this stunning Geometric Fruit Tray, it was from this super popular toy which entails creating a design with colorful shapes. When we saw these little dishes it reminded us of one of the shapes in the toy. We used them to build this refreshing, eye catching dessert.
All you will need is some fresh fruit, a knife and these adorable mini dishes. We purchased this large platter at Target, but you can use any large round tray. As with the toy, you can add endless rows to the design so the bigger the platter, the more fruit you can add.
A Personal Salad Bar, Salmon Wontons with Ramen Noodles, and Pulled Beef Taco Plating are other creative ways to use mini plastic dishes.
You will need:
- mini plastic boat dishes
- sharp knife
- large platter (purchased at Target)
- chopped mango and kiwi
- pomegranates and blueberries
