A Beautiful Hostess Package That’s Inexpensive & Elegant

Looking for a way to welcome your guests without breaking the budget? This hostess package is the perfect blend of affordable and classy—a thoughtful gesture that’s easy to assemble and makes a lasting impression.

There’s something timeless about black and white. It’s sharp, modern, and always feels intentional. Using this clean color palette gives your package an elevated feel, even with simple items.

Add a personalized note or a printed schedule of the event for that extra-polished look.

Budget-Friendly, Beautifully Done

This packaging doesn’t require fancy packaging or expensive components. With a few coordinated items and a touch of creativity, you can create a hostess package that feels polished, personal, and totally doable.

See below for the full list of what we included, where to buy it, and how to pull it all together—without overspending.

The printables will take you to a link on Canva. It will be easier to work with the downloads if you’re already familiar with using Canva, as you’ll be able to customize and edit them more smoothly.
