A Fun, Interactive Game for Family and Friends

Looking for a playful way to add laughter and conversation to your next party?

Our Never Have I Ever Game is perfect for family gatherings, parties, camp and classroom activities. It’s an engaging way to learn more about each other while keeping thing fun!

This game is an absolute blast to play!

Here’s how it works:

Each player starts by taking a seat with a wrapped box placed on their chair. The hostess can prepare the boxes ahead of time, or each guest can bring one to the party. The boxes can contain anything—a gift, a gift card, a silly consequence, or even a random item.

If guests are bringing the boxes, it’s a good idea to decide on a theme, such as gifts within a certain budget, a favor they’ll do for someone, or another fun concept to keep things cohesive.

The game begins with the caller reading a list of sentences, each starting with the words “Never Have I Ever.”

Here are some “Never Have I Ever” examples to get you started:

  • missed my bus this year
  • cheated on my diet
  • gone to Spain
  • done school work this year
  • raised my voice
  • gotten detention
  • left Target with only the item I went in for
  • forgotten to set my alarm clock
  • had a cavity
  • gone fishing
  • worn a skirt
  • arrived late to an appointment

Here’s how to play: A caller reads out the list of sentences. Anyone who the sentence applies to, stands up, leaves the box on their seat, and moves to the first available seat to their right.

The game continues until the list is complete. Once all the statements have been read, everyone opens the gift that ended up on their chair.

This game guarantees laughter, surprises, and a fun way to break the ice at any gathering!
