Polka Dots Cheese Cake Topper will add a fun vibe to your cheesecake this Shavuos!
Chocolate discs are so simple to make and you definately can’t go wrong with adding some chocolate to your cheesecake!
You will need:
- cheese cake baked in a spring form pan
- 1 bar Ego brown milk chocolate-melted
- 1 bar Ego white milk chocolate-melted
- butter cream
- pastry bag and tip
Directions:
- Drop spoonfuls of the melted brown and white chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet. (Don’t worry if they are not even –different sizes will add interest and dimension to your design.)
- Refrigerate the chocolate to set and harden.
- Place the cheesecake on a cake platter or on a cake board.
- Place butter cream in a pastry bag with a tip. In a random pattern, squeeze butter cream on the top of the cake in a few different spots.
- Place chocolate discs on top of cheesecake on different angles.
