In 2019, Oorah contacted us with the funniest and most interesting request. They wanted us to decorate slices of gefilte fish to look like faces of a people singing zemiros for a special Zone Zemiros CD project they were working on.
The styling turned out to be super tedious and we definitely needed to pull out our tweezers and other tools and tricks.Â
We used radish sprouts for hair on the big guy and for ears on the little ones, scallions and carrots sticks made the perfect hair styles too. Did you know that eggplant and beets make cool yarmulkas? And we love how chreinaise was perfect for painting the music notes on the plate.
