Creating Chanukah Content for Lieber’s: Family-Friendly Edible Crafts
Collaborating with brands to create meaningful, hands-on content is one of our favorite parts of what we do. For Chanukah, Lieber’s approached us to develop family-friendly edible crafts using their products—ideas that would feel festive, accessible, and fun for all ages while showcasing their ingredients in a practical and inspiring way.
Festive, Fun, and Kid-Approved
Lieber’s wanted Chanukah content that families could easily recreate at home. The focus was on:
Using everyday Lieber’s products
Creating projects suitable for children of all ages
Designing ideas that feel both playful and elevated
From the start, the goal was clear: show consumers how Lieber’s products can be used beyond the pantry shelf, turning them into memorable Chanukah experiences.

Project One: Hot Cocoa on a Stick Menorah
Our first concept was a Hot Cocoa on a Stick Menorah, made using:
Lieber’s chocolate
Marshmallows
White chocolate wafers
Each “candle” became an individual hot cocoa stick, arranged into a menorah shape that was both eye-catching and interactive. This project combined crafting and treating—kids could assemble their cocoa sticks and then enjoy them later as a warm Chanukah drink.
It was festive, practical, and perfect for family time.
Project Two: Chanukah Cookies with Button Candies
The second idea featured Chanukah-themed cookies decorated with button candies. This project was designed to grow with the child:
Younger kids could use the button candies whole for simple, colorful designs
Older kids (and adults) could crush the button candies for a more sophisticated, textured look
This flexibility made it a great project for mixed-age groups, classrooms, or family gatherings—one base idea with multiple creative outcomes.
A Project for Children of All Ages
One of the highlights of this collaboration was how adaptable the crafts were. Whether a toddler placing marshmallows or an older child experimenting with crushed candy designs, each project allowed kids to participate at their own level while still feeling successful.
National and Local Magazine Placement
The final content was featured in both national and local magazines, helping bring these ideas directly to consumers during Chanukah. Seeing the projects published reinforced the value of creating content that is:
Seasonal
Practical
Visually engaging
Easy to replicate at home
Why Product-Based Content Works
Showing consumers how to actually use products is one of the most effective ways to drive engagement and sales. Instead of simply listing ingredients, this project demonstrated how Lieber’s products can become part of family traditions, holiday memories, and hands-on experiences.
Creative, usable content doesn’t just inspire—it builds trust and encourages consumers to bring those products into their own homes.
