This is Mishloach Manos Mailer is a classic that will never go out of style.
It’s classy, neat, and easy to fill. I filled it with homemade biscotti and mentos but you can fill it with just about anything.
I love the fact that you can hand deliver it locally , yet have the option of mailing it to friends and family afar.
You will need:
- 2”x 12” mailing tubes
- labels
- long cellophane bags to package biscotti (optional)
- mentos

Biscotti
Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sald
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
- Divide dough into two equal parts.
- Roll each part into a 5 ½”x10” rectangle.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 40 minutes.
- Cut biscotti into ½” x 10″ strips.
- Place in oven another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool.
Notes
This recipe works very well for cutting long, narrow biscotti.
