You will need:
- medium sized round watermelon
- large knife
- 5 -6 bunches dark pink carnations
- large spoon and bowl
- Choose a spot a few inches down from the top of the watermelon and cut off the top. Try to cut a fairly consistent line all the way around. Use the knife to run a cut along the inside of the watermelon just to help loosen up the fruit.
- Use your spoon to scoop out the watermelon. Place watermelon in prepared bowl.
- Create a tight bouquet of flowers.
- Cut off the bottom of the stems so the buds sit right on top of the watermelon vase.
Enjoy!
