Wishing all children a bright, colorful, and cheerful school year!
You will need:
- crayon box printable (optional)
- cardstock
- raspberry flavored sour belts
- strawberry flavored sour belts
- apple flavored sour belts
- pineapple flavored sour belts
- 4×6-inch (10×15-cm) cellophane bags
Directions:
1. Print the free printable, if using, and cut out. See directions below for making your own box.
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the sour belts down to about 4½ inches (11½ cm). Cut off the corners of one side to resemble a crayon.
3. Place the crayons between the front and back of the “crayon box” and place it in the cellophane bag.
4. Seal bag.
To make your own box:
1. Cut 2 pieces of cardstock to 3½x5 inches (9×12½ cm).
2. Draw a semi-circle on top of one of the pieces of cardstock. You can use a plastic cup as a guide.
3. Cut out the opening.
4. Have your children color the box or personalize it to your liking.
