
You will need:
- cheese cake baked in a spring form pan
- lemon pie filling
- pomegranate seeds
- kiwi slices
- mango cut into matchsticks
- chopped nuts
- whipped topping
Directions:
- Place the cheesecake on a cake platter or on a cake board.
- Spread a thin layer of lemon pie filling over the whole cheesecake.
- Prepare the whipped cream in a pastry bag with a star tip.
- Create a moon shape on the top of the cheese cake by forming small stars
- Line the edge of the moon with the fruit and chopped nuts.
