What starts as a simple cookie dough is transformed into an elegant, garden-inspired dessert using floral rubber stamps and a hint of edible luster dust.
These cookies look like they came straight from a boutique bakery, but they’re surprisingly easy to make at home. Whether you’re hosting guests or just adding a beautiful touch to your Yom Tov treats, this DIY is guaranteed to impress.
You will need:
- sugar cookie dough
- flower cookie stamps
- 1″x 3” cookie cutter
- parchment paper or silplat
- melted chocolate or cookie dip (optional)
- edible luster dust (optional)
- flour
Directions:
- Roll out the cookie dough.
- Stamp the dough with the stamper (To make the design sharper, dip stamp into flour and then onto the dough.)
- Use the cookie cutter to cut the dough around the design.
- Place the cookies on a parchment or silplat lined cookie sheet and bake.
- Allow cookies to cool.
- Dip the bottom of the cookies into melted chocolate (optional)
- Sprinkle cookies with edible luster dust. (optional)
