“Hanged Meat: A Fun Twist on a Purim Tradition”

Purim is a time for celebration and joy! Among the many delightful customs and traditions of this festive holiday, there’s an old Ashkenazi minhag (tradition) of eating smoked meat on Purim, which has a unique backstory: the meat was often prepared by hanging it. In the spirit of this tradition, why not add a creative and fun twist to your Purim seudah (meal) by presenting your meat in a way that celebrates the custom? Here’s an easy, playful way to hang your meat for a memorable and delicious Purim experience!
