You will need:

- small pringle containers
- 12” latex balloons
- 4.25” cardstock circles (you can trace a circle or use a Cricut)
- glue gun or glue dots
- 3/8” ribbons
Find your supplies here...
Directions:
- Cut off the top narrow part of the balloon .
- Stretch the balloon over the pringles.
- Attach the pringles to the circle with glue dots or a glue gun.
- Bend the sides of the paper to resemble a hat.
- Embellish the hat with ribbons, feathers…
