Add some fresh vegetables, spreads, potatoes, dips, and matzah to complement your leftovers, creating a colorful and inviting assortment. Charcuterie boards are great for feeding a big crowd and make serving easy and stylish.
Whether you’re hosting a casual get-together or a festive gathering, a charcuterie board allows everyone to enjoy a variety of flavors and textures in a relaxed and communal setting. It’s the perfect way to make the most of your delicious dishes while offering something for everyone to enjoy.
You will need:
- charcuterie boardÂ
- matzah
- sliced meat or deli
- potatoes
- garlic infused duck fat
- onion infused duck fat
- assorted vegetable and salads
If you are looking for an alternative to a mayonaise based spread on your matza, I recently discovered Duck fat has similar qualities to olive oil. It has a delicate flavor and is the healthy alternative to butter adding its distinctive, delicate flavor to all your favorite dishes. I sautéed onions and garlic in the fat and let it cook till they were soft and carmelized..you can add many other flavors as well.
