Martini glasses are a great way to make any dish look gourmet and special, from fruit cups to sorbet or ice cream.
From Shabbos meals to Yom Tov meals, many people serve lots of gefilte fish. Why not change it up a bit by serving gefilte fish balls in a martini glass?
There are lots of different style martini glasses available in glass and plastic.
You will need:
- fish balls (directions below)
- large raw carrots-peeled
- English Cucumbers-unpeeled
- Spiralizer
- martini glass
Directions:
- Using your Spiralizer, spiralize carrots and cucumbers. (You can buy spiralized vegetables if available.)
- Place strips in martini glass and place fish on top.
- Place cooked carrot slices on top of fish.
