Our Pesach Menu Planner
We decided to share this pretty last minute—but sometimes those are the things that end up being the most useful.
We made this Pesach menu planner for ourselves, and it’s very much our style: simple, flexible, and intentionally not overdesigned.
How We Actually Plan
If you know us, you know we don’t love anything that feels too rigid.
No tiny boxes. No overly structured templates. No pressure to “fill everything in.” Not too many pages.
We added pages if you prefer to have a separate baking and cooking list.
Feel free to duplicate the pages, remove or add categories as you like.
We always start the same way:
with a running list of everything we want to make.
Meals, desserts, ideas, things we saw and saved, things we might make… it all goes down first.
Only after that do we shape it into actual menus.
Designed to Feel Open
This planner reflects that exact process.
It’s minimal, with just enough structure to guide you—but open enough to let you think.
Nothing complicated. Nothing overwhelming.
Just a clean space to plan in a way that feels natural.
Use It Your Way
There’s no right way to use this.
Start with your full list.
Or jump straight into your meals.
Or go back and forth (like we usually do).
Move things around. Change your mind. Add more than you planned.
It’s meant to work with you, not against you.
Fully Editable (Because Pesach…)
Everything is editable—because it has to be.
Plans shift. Recipes change. Guests change. Timing changes.
And somehow, there are always last-minute additions.
This gives you the flexibility to adjust as you go.
The link below will bring you to Canva. Basic knowledge of Canva is necessary to make the edits. You can also just print the prepared PDF’s in the link and use thin markers to fill it in.
Simple, On Purpose
This isn’t meant to be the most detailed planner.
It’s meant to be the one you’ll actually use.
If you like a more flexible, list-first approach to planning, we hope this makes Pesach feel just a little bit easier.
Enjoy!
