We used Esty Wolbe’s glaze on all the cakes, adding different flavors to each one.

Bundt Cake Tips for Success

Here are some practical tips from the post to ensure beautiful results when baking your bundt cake:

Grease Your Pan Well

Brush your bundt pan with melted shortening and dust with toasted almond flour or cocoa — make sure every corner and curve is covered.

Baking spray with flour can also be used. Make sure to cover every curve and indentation.

*  Do not use regular cooking spray.

Timing Matters

Don’t grease the pan too early — do it right before adding the batter to prevent pooling at the bottom.

 Loosen Before Removing

After baking, gently run a heat-proof spatula around the edges and tube to help release the cake.

Patience Pays Off

Let the cake rest a few minutes, then flip and give a gentle jiggle to ease it from the pan if needed.
