Gefilte Fish Kabobs

You will need:

  •  Home  made gefilte fish batter or a frozen loaf of store bought fish defrosted
  • Large carrots-sliced

Directions:

  1. Place fish batter in the bowl of your mixer.
  2. Beat on high for 15 minutes(this will make the mixture firm).
  3. Refrigerate batter overnight.
  4. Prepare the pot for cooking the way you normally cook your fish. (water,onion,carrot sugar ,salt,pepper…)
  5. Roll fish into balls or  oval shape(I used a small scoop to keep balls even) and place into the boiling water.Do not overcrowd the pot.
  6. Cook fish for 1 hour on medium flame. Allow to cool-refrigerate.

Fish Kabobs

You will need:

  • Fish balls, carrot slices
  • Fresh parsley
  • Dill dip
  • Squeeze bottle
  • Wooden skewers
  • Diced colored peppers

Directions:

  1. Place fish balls and carrots on skewer,place on plate and garnish with parsley.
  2. Place dill dip in squeeze bottle and decorate plate-garnish with diced peppers.
