Fish in a Glass
You will need:
- Home made gefilte fish batter or a frozen loaf of store bought fish defrosted
- Large carrots-sliced
- Place fish batter in the bowl of your mixer.
- Beat on high for 15 minutes(this will make the mixture firm).
- Refrigerate batter overnight.
- Prepare the pot for cooking the way you normally cook your fish .(water,onion,carrot sugar ,salt,pepper…)
- Roll fish into balls or oval shape(I used a small scoop to keep balls even) and place into the boiling water.Do not overcrowd the pot.
- Cook fish for 1 hour on medium flame. Allow to cool-refrigerate.

- English cucumbers-unpeeled
- Julliene peeler
- Martini glass
