A Taste of Nostalgia

I was invited this past Sunday to make a food styling presentation in Baltimore,Maryland at the TA Ladies Tea/Chinese Auction. The evening was called "An evening of nostalgic elegance", and how appropriately named it was! The focal point of the room was a WOW display created by the talented Sara Scheller, Shoshana Zaslow and Malkie Wealcatch- I was totally blown away... the pics will give you a small sampling of how stunning and original the set up was.

The prize tables set up by the ever creative Leah Donaty and Shoshana Schmell were also something else! There were so many magnificient antique and vintage props set up around the prizes.

Topping it all off, there was a photographer snapping photos of the attendees wearing... you guessed it... old fashioned hats, printed immediately in black and white, which made great souvenirs of this most nostalgic evening. Thanks again Shani and Chumi for inviting me.
