Brownie Plate Dessert
This plate is a lot easier to create than it looks, especially if you use bakery brownies, like I did!
You will need:
- Thick strawberry sauce
- 1 ”x 6” strip of brownie
- *Custard cream
- Gooseberries, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves for garnishing
Directions:
Using a pastry brush, paint a line of strawberry sauce across the plate.
Place your brownie down on a plate, perpendicular to the strawberry line.
Using a star tip, pipe custard cream on brownie in a back and forth motion to create a wave look.
Garnish with gooseberries, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
For the custard cream:
*Whip up a 16 ounce whip cream and add 16 ounces custard.
Mix till incorporated.
