Cherry Blossom Plating

cherry blossom

Creativity in full bloom with this cherry blossom garnish-almost too pretty to eat!

Cherry Blossoms + Cheese cake- a win win situation!

Use this beautiful design to decorate your dessert plates or the top of your cheesecake.

You will need:

Directions:

  1. Place melted chocolate into a Freezer Ziploc Bag .
  2. Cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag and draw a branch. You can do this directly on the plate or on parchment paper.

For the parchment paper method, make sure to make the branch thick enough so it can be transferred without breaking. Allow to dry before moving from parchment paper.

If you are drawing directly on the plate, you may pile them on top of each other to store, as long as the plates are not too heavy. Place parchment paper or saran wrap between each plate.

Decorate branch with the mini meringe blossoms.
