Exotic Fruit Platter

Fruit platters are usually made from cut-up melons, pineapples, etc., on large platters. For this fruit platter, I used a variety of fruits not typically used on platters. I was amazed how many different colors and textures I was able to fit on a 9-inch plate to create this striking presentation.

You will need:

  • 9" plate
  • assorted fruits (I used cactus pears, kiwi,blueberries,apricots,bananas,plums,pomegranate seeds,cherries,strawberries, and 1/2 lime)
  1. Arrange apricot halves and lime in the center of your plate
  2. Slice remaining fruit and arrange all around the lime and apricot halves.
