Passover Charcuterie Board
Have you ever imagined something like Artisan leftovers?
With meal after meal of scrumptious delicious dishes, you are bound to have some extra bits and pieces.
What nicer way to serve them than on a charcuterie board?
Add some fresh vegetable, spreads, potatoes, dips and matzah… and let everyone enjoy.
You will need:
- Charcuterie board
- Matzah
- Sliced meat or deli
- Potatoes
- Garlic infused duck fat
- Onion infused duck fat
- Assorted vegetable and salads
If you are looking for an alternative to a mayonaise based spread on your matza, I recently discovered Duck fat has similar qualities to olive oil. It has a delicate flavor and is the healthy alternative to butter adding its distinctive, delicate flavor to all your favorite dishes. I sautéed onions and garlic in the fat and let it cook till they were soft and carmelized..you can add many other flavors as well.
