Soup Spin

Driedel Soup

Cookie cutters aren’t just for cookie dough.

Add some “spin” to your soup by adding dreidel shape soup cutouts to your soup at any meal or chanukah event.

You can try a different soup/crouton combination each night of Chanukah.

Carrot Dreidels

You will need:

Directions:

  1. Peel carrot.
  2. Stand the carrot up tall on your cutting board.
  3. Carefully cut the carrot into long strips, about 1/4" thickness.
  4. Cut dreidels out with a cookie cutter or cut into squares and cut off corners to shape out a dreidel.

Add the carrots in at the end of the cooking process so they don’t get too soft and mushy.
