MISHLOACH MANOS MAILER
This is Mishloach Manos Mailer is a classic that will never go out of style.
It's classy, neat, and easy to fill. I filled it with homemade biscotti and mentos but you can fill it with just about anything.
I love the fact that you can hand deliver it locally , yet have the option of mailing it to friends and family afar.
You will need:
- 2”x 12” mailing tubes
- labels (graphics by omgdesign@aol.com)
- long cellophane bags to package biscotti (optional)
- mentos
- biscotti-see recipe below
BISCOTTI
This recipe works very well for cutting long, narrow biscotti.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tspvanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
Divide dough into two equal parts.
Roll each part into a 5 ½”x10” rectangle.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 40 minutes.
Cut biscotti into ½” x 10" strips.
Place in oven another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
