This plate is a lot easier to create than it looks, especially if you use bakery brownies, like I did!
You will need:

- thick strawberry sauce

- 1 ”x 6” strip of brownie

- custard cream-see directions below

- gooseberries, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves for garnishing
Cream:
You will need:

- 16 ounces dessert topping
-
- 16 ounces custard
Directions:

- Place the dessert topping in the bowl of your electric mixer and whip till firm.
- Add custard and mix well till incorporated.
Plating Directions:

- Using a pastry brush, paint a line of strawberry sauce across the plate.
- Place your brownie down on a plate, perpendicular to the strawberry line.
- Using a star tip, pipe custard cream on brownie in a back and forth motion to create a wave look.
- Garnish cream with gooseberries, pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
