You will need:
- charcuterie board – charcuterie boards are available at many different price points.You can find them at Home Goods, Amazon…. You can also use a tile from Lowes or Home Depot.
- bark, cut into long narrow sticks
- ginger cookies-recipe is in Kosher Pallette
- chocolate dipped thin pretzels
- chocolate salami
Chocolate Salami
- 5 T cocoa
- 5 T sugar
- 2 T water
- 3 T sweet red wine
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 sticks margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 1.5 packages vanilla tea biscuits
Directions:
Place cocoa, sugar, water, wine, vanilla and margarine in a medium sauce pan.
Cook over medium heat till all ingredients combine.
Add egg yolk and mix quickly.
Crumble 1.5 packages of vanilla tea biscuits and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Shape into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
Freeze till solid and slice.
