- 2 jars filled with dips
-
- bagel sticks wrapped in parchment

Grilled Vegetable Dip
Ingredients
- 14 oz fresh white mushrooms
- 1 red pepper, cut into large chunks
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place the mushrooms,pepper onion and garlic on the baking pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Bake for approximately thirty minutes or until vegetables are soft.
- Allow to cool.
- Place veg with remaining ingredients in a container and blend with a hand blender till smooth.
