This Treat Salad is a fresh and playful twist that’s perfect for Tu B’Shvat or any special occasion.

Dried Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Salad Greens
  • Dried Diced Mango unsweetened
  • Sour Cherry Cubes
  • Snap Peas, chopped
  • Scallions chopped
  • Pistachios shelled

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cubes Frozen Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a container.
  • Blend-optional
  • Place salad greens in a bowl and arrange the toppings on top.
  • Pour the dressing on top or serve on the side.
