This Exotic Dried Fruit Salad is definitely not your typical cucumber and tomato salad.
This is a great salad recipe to pull out for a special occasion. We especially like it asĀ a Fall/Autumn Salad. It is also a great Tu B’shvat Salad. The chewiness of the dried fruit and the crunch of the glazed pecans combined with avocado and pomegranates makes this recipe truly unique and different.
We used Exotic Mix Dried Fruit. You can also cut up any type of dried fruit.
