- soft candy such as Dots or Twizzlers
- 21 toothpicks

Directions:
Step 1:
Construct two squares, using four candies and four toothpicks for each square.

Step 2:
Attach the two squares with four additional toothpicks to form a cube.

Step 3:
To construct top of dreidel, break four toothpicks down to ¾ of its original size, and form an “X” with a gumdrop at its center, then stick toothpick for spinning in the center.

Step 4:
Connect the “X” to the cube by sticking the four ends of the toothpicks into the four corners of any side of the cube.


Step 5:
To create bottom of the dreidel , stick toothpicks into all four gumdrops on the bottom of the dreidel, on an angle-pointing to the center. Stick the opposite end all four toothpicks in a single gumdrop, creating a triangle.

Hi Esther, i teach 4th grade, i made your candy dreidels today with my student and it came out adorable! the girls were on a high to go home with the cutest candy dreidel! we put them into cellophane bags with a ribbon! thanks so much for the idea!
