Summer is a great time for making edible crafts with your children and/or campers.
These Ice Pop Cup Cakes are so adorable and simple to make.
We used Mike n Ike Jelly Beans to make the ice pops.
Follow the simple directions below to create these precious little Ice Pop Cupcakes.

You will need:
- Your favorite cupcake recipe (short on time-Â use cake mix.)
- Frosting
- Piping Bag and Tips
- Mike n Ike Jelly Beans
- Tooth picksÂ
- Mini cupcake holders
- Mini muffin pans
Directions:
- Pipe the frosting on the cupcakes using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
- Cut the toothpicks in thirds and stick them into the jelly beans.
- Place the “ice pops “ on the cupcakes.
