Apple Basket Cookies
These mini bushels of apple cookies are the cutest way to celebrate the season. We’re excited to add them to our Apple Cookie Collection. They’re fun to shape and irresistibly charming — and apples don’t have to be the only stars of the show. Feel free to add other fruits into the basket as well, creating a playful mix that feels just like a real harvest. Embrace the variety! Mix and blend colors to mimic real apples and fruits. The best part? No two fruits are alike in nature, and the same goes for your cookies. Whether you craft crisp Granny Smiths, bold Red Delicious, Honeycrisps, or sprinkle in a few other favorite fruits, perfection isn’t the goal — it’s all about personality. So roll up your sleeves and start building your cookie orchard — one delicious fruit at a time.
A Sweet Treat for Fall, Rosh Hashanah and Tu B’shvat
Apple basket cookies are a natural fit for the fall season and feel especially meaningful for Rosh Hashanah and Tu B’Shvat. Apples and fruits symbolize sweetness, growth, and renewal, making these cookies more than just a dessert — they’re part of the story of the season. They look beautiful on a holiday table, make a thoughtful edible gift, and are a wonderful project to do with kids.
Why These Cookies Are So Fun to Make
What makes apple basket cookies special is how forgiving and creative they are. There’s no right or wrong way to shape the fruit or arrange it in the basket. Slightly lopsided apples, mixed colors, and playful combinations only add to the charm. Each cookie becomes its own tiny work of art.
They’re also perfect for involving little hands — rolling, shaping, and placing fruit is simple and satisfying, and kids love seeing their creations come together.
